Digital Academy.
Leading the service design for a Digital Academy, collaborating with an in-house development team and an educational partner to create an innovative program for the Ghanaian government, aimed at training 1,000 individuals across Senegal, Malawi, and Ghana in essential digital skills.

Conducting thorough research to understand the specific challenges, goals, and daily tasks of Ghanaian civil servants. This included user interviews, card sorting, experience mapping and observations to gather firsthand insights into their work environment and professional needs. This was conducted in Ghana.

WorkSHOP 2
Government Officials
Accra, Ghana
Conducting workshops with key government ministers, we were able to gather valuable insights, align expectations, and lay a solid foundation for designing a program that not only met the immediate needs of Ghanaian civil servants but also aligned with the government's long-term vision for professional development and service improvement. This collaborative approach ensured that the program was well-positioned to succeed and make a meaningful impact within the public sector.
Service Design
After the discovery phase, we began designing the service in a cross-functional team with the key goal of developing effective learning experiences and educational journeys for civil servants.
Creating detailed service blueprints that outlined key interaction points, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. This mapping helped us visualize the entire educational journey, from enrollment to course completion and beyond.
